Manufacturing competences

We punch rotor and stator packages on state-of-the-art high-speed presses, equipped with programmable packaging controllers and controllers for twisting the packages.

With this technology, it is possible to take over the production of electrical sheet metal with high precision and efficiency for the following areas of drive technology:

• Air conditioning and building technology (e. g. ventilation, pumps, actuators for doors and blinds, etc. )
• Household appliances (drives for washing machines, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners)
• Electric hand tools (drives of hammers, agitators, garden tools)
• Automotive industry (actuators for steering, flaps, seats, windshields, etc. )

The production of punch-packed packages is possible e. g. :

• Rotor packages not twisted, twisted straight or slanted
• Stator packages untwisted and twisted
• Core packages in various designs

The diameter of the parts is currently in the range of 20 mm to 100 mm, whereby presses with a pressing force of 80 tons are used, the maximum tool length is 1400 mm.

As part of our laser production, sample production can be flexibly implemented in-house. In addition to punching packaging, clamping and riveting are used as a joining method.
