We punch rotor and stator packages on state-of-the-art high-speed presses, equipped with programmable packaging controllers and controllers for twisting the packages.<\/p>\n
With this technology, it is possible to take over the production of electrical sheet metal with high precision and efficiency for the following areas of drive technology:<\/p>\n
The production of punch-packed packages is possible e. g. :<\/p>\n
The diameter of the parts is currently in the range of 20 mm to 100 mm, whereby presses with a pressing force of 80 tons are used, the maximum tool length is 1400 mm.<\/p>\n
As part of our laser production, sample production can be flexibly implemented in-house. In addition to punching packaging, clamping and riveting are used as a joining method.<\/p>\n
